San Antonio Animal Care Services will be hosting two free pet vaccination and microchipping events this Saturday, July 1 in partnership with the Animal Defense League and Protect Your Pet veterinary services. With the Fourth of July less than a week away, this is the perfect opportunity to ensure your pet is protected from illnesses and lack of identification should they get lost.
Locations and Times
San Antonio Animal Care Services Main Campus – 4710 State Highway 151
From 8 – 10 a.m.
Arnold Park – 1011 Gillette
From 9 – 11 a.m.
What to Expect
All services are offered for City of San Antonio residents only, on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a limit of 100 pets served, three pets per household. Please bring a current picture ID for address verification.
Each pet receiving services must be microchipped or will receive a microchip at the time of service. All canines must remain on a leash or in a carrier. All felines must remain in a carrier, one adult per carrier or two kittens per carrier.
