Zamora Middle School principal Daniel Mauldin began teaching at South San High School in 2004 before eventually making the jump to administration. Fast forward to 2020 and this educator is deep in the trenches of his second year as Principal at Zamora.
Mauldin takes his responsibilities seriously and strives to make a difference in each of his students' lives. He knows his leadership and staff’s dedication help better prepare his students for opportunities.
While every day brings new challenges, Mauldin knows we are in different times with the COVID pandemic. The principal makes sure he includes input from his team when it comes to addressing and tackling any situation that comes up.
“We use the collective power of our leadership team to analyze current data, and then prepare, monitor and carry out the best course of action,” Mauldin said.
