On Saturday, April 12, former Southside High School standout Juztyne Torres’ current college team, the SIU Edwardsville Cougars, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee State Tigers.

The game took place at Cougar Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Cougar Field against Tennessee State Tigers.
